For a book I've already read, I'm pretty flexible, which makes me
think that for a newly published book, I'd like a chance to read it
all on my own first, at my own pace, before doing a readalong.

I like the idea of a schedule and the idea of no racing ahead. I
imagine that if there were discussions of later chapters, I wouldn't
have enough self control not to participate.

I think I like the idea of planning to spend about one month on a
book. So at 34 chapters, that means (gulp!) one chapter a day, unless
a chapter is long. Hm. Maybe one chapter each business day, so that
weekends are a chance to catch up!
