She had the appearences of a dragon, and they made notice of her eyes. However, I don't really think the Necromancer is Devera, so she has to be elsewhere. I find the thought of her appearing in dragon form a little odd.. she always appeared as a little girl before. But there is another option. Paarfi always refers to the work as 'The Viscount of Andrilankha', and if that's the case, then we still have two more volumes in which to search for Devera :) Jag
