Don't you remember that Kytrann(I think it was him) thought he saw a dragon
sleeping on his journey to fetch Piro, he also said for all he knew it could
have been a rock, but since it was at the beginning of his journey and thus
near Dzur mountian it would make sense that it was both a dragon and that
the dragon was in fact Devera (we know she has helped fight Jenoine before)
Sethra or Verra may have been wise enough to see her as an asset to this
eventuality and suggested she go there, though I think Devera is capable of
that thought herself.
