I wouldn't think that at all! It's not a new Orb! It's the old Orb, teleported to the Paths, and possibly with a software upgrade. It's got all its old memories, it can have all the old links. Whether Zerika might choose to block the links until allegiance is given is a different question. But there are a lot of Dragaerans. Speaking of the Orb, didn't Vlad say Zerika told him that when she queried the Orb at some point, his name came up? Implying it has information sources apart from hanging around Zerika.
