Meh, If I had no interest in conversation on the topic I'd be smug in silence. I watched three threads go by (already set off topic) and kept my self silent, turns out I can't do that forever. What you take as smug and deaf ears are a misconception, it's my strong feelings that Copyright, IP and Patents are defunct that makes me sound my voice. 'Fair use' has been an abused concept on either side of the line and the DMCA has effectively broken the already haggard 'Fair use' principle, law or whatever you or anyone wants to call it.
