And then you've got GRRM's A Song of Ice and Fire, wherein there 
are a few dozen Walders, a handful of Waltyrs, lotsa Rickards, a 
coupla Jons, some Robbs and Roberts, and eighty bajillion people 
whose names begin with "San".

I think that we ought to be grateful that Steve only flings an 
Orlaan and a Loraan at us.
