See if you can get yourself a familiar. Mine, also named Loiosh, has the
appearance of a red-and-white "beanie baby"-type dragon who rides on my
left shoulder or in my pocket or belt at fannish events, and in my mind
whenever I need him. He has a personality much like his namesake's, and
never hesitates to put me in my place.
