While it's probably morally dubious to buy SKZB's work in such a way that he doesn't benefit, those wishing to participate in the typically unspoilered occasional _BP_ discussion but who don't have a copy can currently find 19 at half.com and then get a new edition when it comes out... No doubt the welcome- to-the-list message should mention this book if it doesn't already.
