I know that out of the Jenoine, Easterners, Dragaerans, and Serioli, they're the only ones who are claimed to be native. However, at the same time, its taken for granted that the Native Americans came to North American from Asia. Its just that they were here for so long before anyone else that they became considered natives. I could be wrong, but I'm almost certain that it is said that the Jenoine did bring the original batch of Easterners to dragaera, and I don't know of any other intelligent species with culture species (aside >from helpers the Jenoine brought with them) being on the planet.
