Hmm.  I see I lied, here.  *Vlad* says he figured out which goddess,
and Kiera says that the goddess didn't know why.

But I don't think that indicates that it was Devera.

Or possibly, [future] Verra talked to [past] Verra, and told her what
needed to be done.
