Hmm.  If I lived in a society that had professional brothels, and could
afford them, and didn't have any partners at the time, the fact that I am
female and it takes me about ten minutes to get aroused, like any other
woman, would not have any effect on my decision to patronize an establishment. But that's just me. ;)

As far as differences in libido, I am under the impression that
women in their early to late 30's experience a peak in sex drive that is
comparable to the one that men experience from puberty until, what,
mid-20's?  So at any given time, assuming Dragaeran biology is similar,
you're going to have segments of both the male and female populations
who have the drive to seek a brothel.

Such is my speculation, at least.
