I have sometimes wondered if Drien was named after Adrienne/Adrian
Morgan, apparently a major influence on the world of Dragaera and who
seems to have changed the spelling of his (her?) name in ways that make
it a little ambiguous as to masculinity/femininity--but I don't know the
person and hate to speculate too much.
