Fw: the pitfalls of judgmental law enforcement

Speeding isn't a crime, it is a quasi-criminal act governed by regulation,
unless y'all have started lethally injecting jaywalkers down thar. I'm not
familiar with your law on it, but we call it an offence against a regulatory
act. It's a bit over the top to call something you get a ticket for a crime.
