Nope, this list is *not* moderated. Anybody can subscribe, and any subscriber can post. It is, however, true that I could fairly quickly *make* it moderated if we had a serious problem. Speaking of web forums -- if I got a decent interface to posting from the web archive, we'd have almost a perfect merger of mailing list and web forum, since people could read it either way, and post to it either way.
