Really, really, really stupid question

With that said, I'm of the opinion that all Dragons are Dragonlord, and
all Dzur are Dzurlords.

Has anyone noticed that the '-lord' only works with Dragons, Dzur, and
Hawk?  For some reason, 'Phoenixlord', or 'Athyralord' just doesn't
sound the same.
