Seconded.  The Jenoine live in a world that is fundamentally different

Based on what is said in Issola, it would probably be most accurate to
say that the Jenoine placed the rock in a different frame of reference.
Vlad then did to them what they did to Sethra, ie, redefined their
defences.

He and Spellbreaker did that twice, now that I think about it.
