Sorry, just using a descriptive term, not an official textev-supported 
term. You know, "Phoenix rise from ashes, gray.". Instead of "rising", 
I just picked "ascending" as a more pleasing term.

Never picked up on the subtlety of the "reborn" and "decadent" terms. I 
figured "decadent" just referred to that particular stage of their 
reign.
