The wings fell off?

Me neither. I hope "The book has picked up nicely" is the answer to
the previous post about possibly not enjoying writing it.

I'd guess that it would be better to say "The Enchantress of
*inaudible* Mountain" or "Brust's new book about the Enchantress"
than it would be to cope with one "unpronounceable" word.

I also think Casey Rousseau is right--the people at Tor must have
seen this coming, and there's really no choice.

The only time I ever heard somebody say "Dzus", he pronounced it
"Deezus", to rhyme with "Jesus". There must be people say "Dzur"
similarly. Sort of the way some Poul Anderson readers pronounce
"Van Rijn" as "Van Ridgen".

(For those who don't know why anyone would say "Dzus", see
<http://www.dzus.co.uk/Live/Dzus/CMS.nsf/Site/Home/HomePage>.)
