Teresa, on her Web log, was just discussing this--the difficulty pronouncing the combined sounds of "Echantess" and "Dzur" close to each other. There are two assumptions here: 1) The sales people don't know anything and can't read 2) One wants the salespeople enthusiastic about the book.
