Positively retro. > > pe whats odd is that that is something i just took as 'setting.' i'm actually fairly forgiving of that and will accept most of what the author tosses at me in this area, provided i like how the person writes ( i'm not going to say provided its well written any more as some of what i like will go down as utter drek in the libraries of history). i can't forgive blatant faults in logic/continuity *inside* the story, unless the author's name is something like james joyce and i feel like doing some serious damage to my brain..... andy
