Having actually "been" Demon (<g> ask Steve).... I'd simply poison the bastard and do it with a poison that requires REGULAR treatments of antidotes. This gives me Vlad back and now rather than having to kill him or worrying about him killing me, I have publicly punished him, and returned him and his shiny new weapon into the fold as a wonderful tool for the organization. The mere idea that all of you "if you were Demon" would seek ways to kill Vlad means you missed the point, Vlad is a resource, he simply needs to be properly directed, directly or indirectly, it makes no difference, but at this point he is worth far more to the organization alive and a tool then dead and a martyr. I mean if you ever did manage to kill him you gotta know that he likely won't stay dead, and even if he did Alieria would use Pathfinder to find you so that Morrolan could land Castle Black on your head, stick Blackwand in very uncomfortable places and then Sethra would turn what's left of you into spell components.... Not enviable, no you keep him alive and use him.
