Hi there, I'll pick the brains of Brust fans for this one. I'm doing some research for an online RPG and i'm seeking out details on the Justicars. I do remember them making an appearance in the Dragaera novels, yet I can't seem to remember which one or where. Does anyone happen to have some detail that they can fill me in on on the Justicars in Dragaeran society (aside from the fact that they are usually Iorich)? What are the extent of their powers and as such, how do they interact wit the Phoenix Guard Now, as to the PG themselves, we are aware that there are local constabularies out there in the smaller towns and that the PG do opperate as the police of Adrilankha. There are even divisions [which include Khavreens division .... <help please> .. in Orca which sometimes handles internal affairs]. I kinda see them as the FBI in that sense.
