I think we know that only for Great Weapons, and maybe only
for the initial "sacrifice".

I suspect so.

If we believe Paarfi, this must have happened before Morrolan
got it. At least that's implied by the omission of any
description of Blackwand's awakening. However, much as I usually
disfavor explanations based on the narrators' unreliability, I
wouldn't count on Paarfi to know about this.

It will be a surprise if Iceflame is anything but Serioli
techology, like the other Great Weapons. Of course, we could
be suprised.

Humans may have gotten to Dragaera from "the little lights in the
sky" by a starship. After all, teleportation was pretty much
impossible before the Interregnum, and teleportation to an
unexplored planet may still be impossible. However, I'm with
you on the theory. I haven't noticed any hints that Dzur Mountain
is a starship.

Well, I haven't noticed any hints for that either. I'm willing
to wait and see.

Interesting. That speculation makes sense, but if I'd thought
of it I'd have guessed that the stronger ones destroy the souls
faster. We just don't know.
