In Orca (paperback, I think), page 6, Vlad and Kiera are talking: "I turned back to Vlad and said, 'Well? I'm here. What is it' He smiled. 'Maybe I've come up with a way to get the Organization to forgive and forget.'" So for the rest of that book I kept waiting for that part of the plot to unfold, and it never did. Rereading the passage now, I see that Vlad was just being funny because he wasn't ready to talk about the real reason. But I wonder, when will he get the Organization off his back, and how will he do it?
