The very name of the house, kind of tells us most of what we need to know about the state of the house. The story of the phoenix, I would think, basically defines its reality. So I don't think we would ever expect the house to be resurrected into a "full blown" house like the other 16 houses. But then again, maybe our Author likes to build them up just to watch them crash and burn...
