Speaking of favorite authors...a small anecdote. I was at the Sept 20 signing of Anansi Boys, the day it came out. As I chatted with Mr. Gaiman, I mentioned he was my second favorite author. He said, Who's first? I said, Steve Brust. Eyebrows went up. He said, I'll be sure to mention that to him. I don't know if he did.....but..
