Hopefully others have ideas, but it seems to me that to sell them
directly would require inventory lists, prices, shipping costs, etc.;
in other words, it would be hard to distinguish from an online store
regardless of method.

A suggestion I made previously was to decouple the exchange from the
store concept by providing books to people that make a donation (sort
of how Ghengis Khan allegedly "captured" convoys and sent the owners
home with "gifts" rather than engaging in trade :) ).  You'd still
need an inventory list and probably a minimum amount, but in a less
commercial sense.  I have no way of knowing if this would help,
hinder, or in some way befoul the donation process, however.

Should hardbacks be available, I'm interested in whichever process you
decide to use.  I'm awash in dog-eared paperbacks, but would love to
have some display editions.
