If anyone is familiar with the Oriental Adventures
expansion of D & D, I'd suggest doing something like
that.  Not an actual class for every House, but skills
that are always class skills for them and a feat that
they automatically agin, or something along those
lines.  Alternately, you could simply have different
lists of bonus feats for each House to take in their
individual classes.
