Has anyone suggested that Khaavren is just the commander of the Phoenix guards? I haven't read Orca for a long time but on page 201 of Teckla, Vlad meets Lord Khaavren and names him "the Brigadier of Guards." Also, if we are looking for a Warlord, I think we should look at Dragon's we've meet. I seem to recall someone commenting that the warlord is always (at at least almost always) a Dragon. Akodo Bob
