As far as I know, Keiron's greatsword is just a normal sword, probablly not even Morganti. However, the only thing it has for it is its a powerful symbol. It is the sword that forged the Empire afterall. Think of it along the lines ot the tiera that Sethra threw to the opposing army, then commanding her own army to retrieve the Emperial treasure that was stolen.
