Two quick things. One with our fat obsessed culture I hear enough about dieting and people thinking that they are overweight that I would prefer not to hear about it from this list. Two this dieting thing is very annoying. I personally I think that you should eat whatever you want and exercise regularly (I suggest a sport, specifically Lacrosse.)
